Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Mr Marine. If the goods sold by Mr Marine are deficient or faulty, the retailer has the right to repair, replace or refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sales of goods an services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
If a product is has been damaged or is faulty due to manufacturing faults we will at our discretion, either:
repair the product; or
replace the product; or
give you a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery Information
Your items are usually shipped within 1 - 2 days after you have placed your order. You will be able to view your orders in your account history if you have an account, and you will receive and email with your order number which can be used on the 'order tracking' page to see the progress of your order.

When shipping domestically we use a range of couriers to give our customers the best possible delivery time at the best possible price.
